Allfasteners Trak-Pro Nailing System the premier way to quickly and efficiently fasten into concrete. Learn how to set up the tool for the best results.

The Allfasteners Trak-Pro Nail Gun is a powerful and efficient tool designed for fastening metal track to concrete and steel. Here are the general steps to use the Trak-Pro Nail Gun:

  1. Prepare the Tool: Before using the nail gun, make sure it is properly charged with the recommended nails and gas canister. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for loading the nail gun and attaching the gas canister by installing the gas fuel cell into the nailer.
  2. Insert the Battery: Once the battery is attached to the nailer, check for the green light indicator to ensure proper attachment and the nailer is fully charged.
  3. Press the Nozzle: Holding the nailer in both hands, push the nozzle of the gun into the surface you are going to be fastening to. The gun fan should begin to turn and make noise. This lets you know you are ready to insert pins.
  4. Insert the Pins: Depending on the type of application, the Trak-Pro Nailer could use stacked pins or single shot insulation pins. For insulation pins, just insert one pin into the nozzle and you are ready to go. For stacked pins, insert the track into the slot for pins.
  5. Prepare the surface: Make sure the surface you are fastening the metal track to is clean, dry, and free of any debris or obstacles. Ensure that the metal track is positioned properly and secured in place.
  6. Hold the nail gun correctly: Hold the nail gun firmly with both hands, keeping your fingers away from the trigger.
  7. Aim and fire: Position the nail gun over the metal track at a 90-degree angle, with the tip of the gun touching the surface. Pull the trigger to fire the nail into the metal track and into the surface.
  8. Repeat as necessary: Move the nail gun along the metal track, firing nails as needed to secure it to the surface. Make sure the nails are evenly spaced and that the metal track is securely fastened.
  9. Disconnect the tool: When you are finished using the nail gun, disconnect the gas canister and unload any remaining nails. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper storage and maintenance of the tool.

Note: It is important to read and follow the manufacturer's instructions for the Allfasteners Trak-Pro Nail Gun, as well as to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses and hearing protection, when using any power tool.
